We are inviting qualified steel manufacturers, stockists, processors, and authorized distributors to supply automotive grade coated steel sheets for precision stamped automotive components.

Materials Required

Suppliers capable of supplying one or more of the following grades are invited to contact us:

• DX53D + ZA130 according to EN 10346
• DX53D + ZM130 according to EN 10346
• DDS ZGF135 according to ASTM A875
• SGMCD1 K14 according to JIS G 3323
• MSM-CE-DZC90 according to JIS G 3323

Technical Requirements

• Deep drawing / stamping quality steel
• Zinc/Aluminium coated or equivalent corrosion resistant coating
• Coating mass: 130 g/m² or equivalent
• Yield strength greater than 160 MPa
• Suitable for automotive stamped components
• Stable surface quality and coating consistency
• Automotive application compliance preferred

Supplier Qualification Preference

Preference will be given to suppliers with:

• Automotive supply experience
• Traceability and quality documentation systems
• Reliable monthly delivery capability
