Micron Engineers is one of the leading "Approved Vendor" for "Indigenisation" of Aerospace Components & Sub assemblies to HAL Bangalore, Nasik and Kanpur and also Ancillary unit of BEL Bangalore complex. Nearly 3000 types of components are manufactured and supplied to various Aircraft and Helicopters like Jaguar, Kiran, Hawk, LCA, ALH, Chetah & Chetak, SU-30, MIG Aircraft etc through Sub Contracts from various divisions of HAL Bangalore Complex as well as Nasik. 34 types of import substitute items were indegenised through reverse engineering for which the Indian Ministry of Defence awarded Type Approval Certificates.
