Yeoman Marine Services (P) Ltd., a leading ship and submarine repair company, was started in 1999 by Mr. Dhananjay Mishra, a Young and Dynamic Marine Engineer with Commercial Ship Background. Yeoman Marine Service is a complete Project Management and Turnkey Execution Company in the sectors of Marine, Offshore and Defence today. We have our State of the Art Technical Facilities and Quality Assurance Divisions at Sewri (Mumbai), Nerul (Navi Mumbai), Karwar (All on West Coast of India) and Visakhapatnam on the East Coast of India. We also have offices in Goa and New Delhi. Our efforts in the marine sector was appreciated by HE Dr. Pranab Mukherjee, the President of India during his visit to Norway in Oct 2014 with a business delegation where Mr. Dhananjay Mishra, Proprietor of Yeoman Marine Services, represented the Maritime Sector.

We have carried out Precision, Critical & Massive Projects like Major Repairs to INS Viraat, the Aircraft Carrier, Repairs of all Hydraulic Systems and Torpedo Shutter Space Mechanisms of two SSK submarines during their Medium Refits, Repairs in EKM Class of Submarines, Conversion of a RO – RO Ship to a Casino Ship and Turnkey refits of Coast Guard Ships, the largest being ICGS Sagar, an Advanced Offshore Patrol Vessel. We have also carried out critical repair works in Merchant Tankers and Offshore Platforms in Bombay High. We have an excellent team for Project Management & Execution and are capable to take on Modernisation and Service Life Extensions of ships and submarines. Our team consists of experienced personnel from Indian Navy, Indian Coast Guard, Merchant Navy and Finance Sectors. Our Quality Management System meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.
