Experienced General Manager – SPM Division

Role Overview

Masters Preci Tools Private Limited is looking for an experienced General Manager – SPM Division to lead and manage the daily operations of its Special Purpose Machines division.

The ideal candidate should come from a mechanical engineering background, preferably with experience in a product manufacturing company, machine-building company, automation company, or industrial equipment manufacturing environment.

The role requires a strong understanding of mechanical assemblies, production workflow, fabrication, machining, hydraulics, pneumatics, quality control, and shop-floor execution.

The candidate will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, ensuring timely completion of projects, coordinating between departments, and implementing structured production methodologies.
