German aerospace and defence manufacturers are reinforcing their industry presence at Aero India 2025 through a pavilion organized by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action. The pavilion features 17 companies specializing in aerospace components, precision engineering, avionics, and unmanned systems, highlighting Germany’s role in advanced aerospace manufacturing.
Exhibitors include AneCom AeroTest, FlexiCAM, Fraunhofer AVIATION & SPACE, HQW Precision GmbH, Kontron HARTMANN-WIENER GmbH, m+p international, Matplus GmbH, Mototok International GmbH, Nordmetall GmbH, PACE Aerospace & IT, Quantum Systems, VIRA DRONES, dSPACE, F. Zimmermann GmbH, and ECM Expo & Conference Management GmbH. These companies are showcasing capabilities in aircraft systems, composite materials, automation, and aerospace software solutions.
The Bundeswehr (German Federal Armed Forces) is also participating, displaying the A400M and A330MRTT, which incorporate German-manufactured components and technology.
Business discussions at the event have focused on manufacturing partnerships, technology transfers, and supply chain integration. German industry representatives met with members of the newly formed Aerospace Association of India (AIA), as well as officials from the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce and the Society of Indian Defence Manufacturers, to explore collaboration opportunities.
A networking reception attended by industry leaders and government officials facilitated further discussions on aerospace production, procurement strategies, and industrial cooperation in the sector.
