Raghu Vamsi Group has announced the construction of a ₹300 crore manufacturing facility at Shamshabad Aerospace Park, Hyderabad. The facility, spread over eight acres and covering 200,000 square feet, is expected to create 1,200 direct jobs within the next three years.
The new plant will include manufacturing bays for 15 Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and will feature dedicated areas for research and development as well as assembly operations. It aims to support the execution of ₹2,000 crore worth of existing orders, according to a company statement.
The company, which supplies critical components for engines used in aircraft such as the Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 MAX, collaborates with major international aerospace firms, including GE Aerospace, Rolls-Royce, and ITP Aero, and supports Indian organizations like DRDO, ISRO, HAL, and BDL.
This expansion is part of Raghu Vamsi Group’s strategy to enhance its global footprint through partnerships and joint ventures with entities like Rave Gears (USA), Adani Defence, and Part East Robotics.
During the foundation stone-laying ceremony, Telangana’s IT and Industries Minister highlighted that the facility would contribute to the state’s aerospace and defense manufacturing capabilities.
The development aligns with Telangana’s recently launched MSME policy, which provides incentives to industries in tier-two and tier-three towns to encourage regional industrial growth.
