ChennaiTVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Italy-based ALA Group to collaborate on opportunities in India’s aerospace and defence supply chain market, estimated at approximately USD 28 billion. The agreement, announced on 16 February 2026, establishes a strategic framework to jointly pursue opportunities, initially in India with potential to evaluate other geographies over time.
The collaboration will focus on defence offset programmes and integrated supply chain services across both production and aftermarket lifecycles for aerospace and defence programmes. The scope includes production support, spare parts distribution, inventory optimisation, defence-grade logistics solutions, logistics engineering, and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) support services.
TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited said its aerospace, defence and utilities operations currently generate approximately USD 140 million in annual revenues, largely anchored in defence and utility programmes in the United Kingdom. ALA Group, which reported revenues of USD 345 million in 2024, will contribute its aerospace and defence domain expertise, technology platforms, and relationships with international original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and operators across Europe, the United States and the United Kingdom.
