Zen Technologies Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with TXT e-Tech and PACE, subsidiaries of TXT Group, to collaborate on pilot training and simulation solutions. The agreement was formalized at Aero India 2025, held at Yelahanka Air Force Station in Bengaluru.
Under the MoU, the companies will jointly develop pilot training solutions, including Part Task Trainers, Full Flight Simulators, and Full Mission Simulators. TXT e-Tech specializes in software development for fixed and rotary-wing pilot training and will contribute its expertise to meet the increasing demand for flight simulation training among armed forces. Zen Technologies will integrate its capabilities in display projection, digital imagery, electronics, mechanical systems, and system integration with TXT Group’s aerospace competencies in software development, integration, and certification for aircraft simulation devices.
According to the agreement, the partnership aims to provide cost-effective aviation training simulators by combining in-house development expertise from Zen Technologies with software solutions from TXT e-Tech and PACE.
Ashok Atluri, Chairman and Managing Director of Zen Technologies, stated that the collaboration would facilitate expansion into the aviation simulator sector in both domestic and international markets. Nicola Frisco, Managing Director of TXT e-Tech, highlighted that the partnership would leverage over two decades of expertise in developing training solutions, including innovations in extended reality and artificial intelligence.
Zen Technologies, headquartered in Hyderabad, focuses on defence training and anti-drone solutions, with a portfolio of over 1,000 training systems delivered globally. TXT Group, listed on the Italian stock exchange, provides software solutions across multiple sectors, including aerospace and defence.
